Blog Tour: The Drowned Woods by Emily Lloyd-Jones

Happy Wednesday y’all! Did I accidentally write and post my blog tour post for The Drowned Woods 2 Days early? 100%- in my defense, I had a migraine all morning on Monday, so my days were getting confused, but I noticed it early enough that it hopefully wasn’t too big of a deal. Man, this was such a busy weekend and week so far and I am so exhausted- not because I did a lot of stuff (I just went to Costco, bought a couch, went to a workout class, and babysat my nephew), but it just felt like so much. Hopefully the rest of week doesn’t get too exhausting! Today’s my stop on The Drowned Woods tour by TBR and Beyond Tours– this was such a cool book! I really enjoyed reading it, and I definitely think y’all will too.

ARC Review: Wild and Wicked Things by Francesca May

Happy Monday y’all! I’m trying really hard to work through my ARC backlist, so hopefully (fingers crossed) you’ll be seeing more posts from me in the near future, but we’ll see what ends up happening based on how busy my work days end up being! Plus, that wedding I’m in is next weekend, so next Thursday through Monday is almost pretty much a wash, but maybe if I pre-write enough posts, I’ll still be able to post some during then. Who knows, we’ll see what ends up happening.

Anyway! Onto the real important part of this post- my review of Wild and Wicked Things! Thank you so much to Redhook Books/Orbit for letting me read an eARC of this book! Wild and Wicked Things came out on March 29, so make sure you go grab it today if you’re interested!

Blog Tour: The Blood Trials by N. E. Davenport

Happy Thursday y’all! Man, can y’all believe that it’s already the last day of March? Where is the time going??? The last week or so has been so busy! I feel like I haven’t had that much time to read (I hosted a bachelorette party for one of my friends from high school, I’ve been working crazy hours, and it’s March Madness time!) but I was able to read The Blood Trials this past Monday for my stop today on the Turn the Page Tours blog tour for The Blood Trials and OMG y’all- if this book isn’t already on your TBR, you need to add it!

ARC Review: Edgewood by Kristen Ciccarelli

Happy Tuesday y’all! I really wanted to read and review Edgewood last week (you know, when it actually came out), but then life got in the way, so instead, I’m reviewing it for y’all today! Thank you so much to Wednesday Books and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of Edgewood! This book was so good and different and I really loved it!

ARC Review: A River Enchanted by Rebecca Ross

Happy Tuesday y’all! And happy release day to A River Enchanted by Rebecca Ross! So many amazing books came out today and I had a really long list of ones I needed to read, but the only one I actually was able to read was A River Enchanted (and I started it yesterday evening after work and was done by the time I needed to go to bed, so that’s a sign of how much I really enjoyed this book). Thank you so much to Harper Voyager and Netgalley for letting me read this book! I definitely enjoyed the other books I’ve read by Rebecca Ross, so I was expecting to enjoy this one too, but just a heads up, it’s for sure darker than her YA books (which makes sense, since it is an adult fantasy).

Blog Tour: Daughter of the Moon Goddess by Sue Lynn Tan

Happy Sunday y’all! Today is a super cold and snowy day here in NC, so it’s the perfect day to curl up with a book (or to tell y’all about a book)! Thank you so much to Turn the Page Tours for having me as a part of their tour for Daughter of the Moon Goddess! My stop on the bookstagram portion of the tour took place on the 8th, but today, I’m going to be telling you my favorite things about Daughter of the Moon Goddess. As always, thank you to the publisher, Harper Voyager US, for sponsoring this tour. Now, onto the good stuff!

ARC Review: A Spindle Splintered by Alix E Harrow

Happy Thursday y’all! I hope everyone’s doing well! I’m taking a much needed day off- no apple picking though because the weather’s gross, but I’m going to be running a bunch of errands and relaxing, so I think that’s worth it for sure.

Thank you so much to Tor and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of A Spindle Splintered! I’ve heard such great things about Alix Harrow’s books, so I was super excited to read this one. I didn’t realize how short it was until I started reading it (I think it’s only about like 130 or so pages), but I didn’t feel like it was short while the story was being told, so that was amazing! A Spindle Splintered came out on October 5th (along with like a bazillion other incredible books), so make sure you go out and grab it after you read my review!

ARC Review: When Night Breaks by Janella Angeles

You know how sometimes you read a book that’s just so incredibly amazing and then you kind of don’t know what to do with yourself afterwards? I felt that way when I read Where Dreams Descend last year and it happened again when I finished When Night Breaks. Thank you so much to Wednesday books and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of this book! Make sure y’all go out and grab this one tomorrow (and if you haven’t read Where Dreams Descend yet, make sure you grab that one first since it’s the first book in the duology and you’ll 100% be lost without it).

ARC Review: Pirate’s Promise by Lisa Kessler

Thank you so much to Entangled Amara and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of Pirate’s Promise by Lisa Kessler! This book is the 5th book in the Sentinels of Savannah series (but I haven’t read any of the other books in the series, so don’t feel like you have to) and it comes out on the 26th, so make sure you run and grab it then!
