Happy Monday y’all! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine was way too short (as usual), but enjoyable! I didn’t get as much reading done as I wanted to nor did I write any of the reviews that I wanted to, but I guess that’s what the week’s for, right?
Anyway, on to today’s review! I’m obsessed with the Pine Hollow books by Lizzie Shane- I read all three of them so quickly during the time I had off around Christmas and New Years (feel free to read my reviews for book 1, The Twelve Dogs of Christmas, and book 2, Once Upon a Puppy, before you read my review for this one) and man y’all they were so good! I cannot wait to read book four when it comes out this year! As always, thank you so much to the wonderful folks at Forever for sending me a copy of To All the Dogs I’ve Loved Before- y’all are the best!
Thank you so much to Forever for being such an amazing publishing house and for being so great to your bloggers and sending me all three of the Pine Hollow books by Lizzie Shane ❤ (I love Estelle and Dana- they’re really the best!) I was so excited to read them because they combine two of my favorite things- small town contemporary romances and dogs! What else could you ask for in a book???
Happy Friday y’all! And to all of my American followers, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving yesterday! My family definitely did- lots of cooking, eating, and watching TV! I was also able to sneak some reading into there, which is how I’m able to write this review for y’all today. An Heiress’s Guide to Deception and Desire is the second book in the A Lady’s Guide series, so be aware of that when you’re picking it up (I’ll be writing my review for book one, A Lady’s Guide to Mischief and Mayhem, soon), but thankfully, they don’t really have to be read in order- you just get introduced to the characters in the previous book. As always, thank you so much to Forever and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of this book!
An Heiress’s Guide to Deception and Desire 4/5 Stars
Happy Thursday y’all! Ahhh I cannot believe that we’re on our last day of September! Only one quarter left in this year, which is crazy because it feels like 2021 just started! Thank you so much to Forever/Grand Central Publishing for sending me a free finished copy of The Inn on Sweetbriar Lane and for approving my request for the eARC on Netgalley! I started reading the finished copy of this book but then transitioned to the eARC, because sometimes it’s just easier to read on my phone haha The Inn on Sweetbriar Lane came out on September 28, so make sure you go out and grab it as soon as you’re done reading my review!
Happy Wednesday y’all! Man, I’m exhausted and I definitely do not want to be doing anything but napping today, but someone’s gotta work (and take breaks from working by writing blog posts). Thankfully, I have an adorable book to review, so this post is not going to be hard to write at all! Thank you so much to Forever/Grand Central Publishing and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of No Ordinary Christmas. This book came out yesterday (September 28th), so make sure y’all go out and grab it as soon as you’re done with my review!
Happy Monday ya’ll and happy almost release day to First Love, Take Two (this book comes out tomorrow, so make sure y’all go and grab it then)! Thank you so much to Forever and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of this book! I loved the first book about this friend group so I was the most excited to have the opportunity to read Preeti and Daniel’s second chance at love!
Thank you so much to Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for giving me a chance to read and review an e-ARC of Don’t Look Back (and thanks to NetGalley for making it happen). I’ve been reading so many action romances this year, so when I saw that this too was an action romance, I pounced on it! Don’t Look Back is the third book in the Texas Justice series and I haven’t read the first two books, so I don’t think it’s super necessary to read them in order.
Happy release day to The Bright and Breaking Sea and thank you so much to Berkley and Netgalley for letting me read a copy of it early! I really enjoyed this book and ugh now that I’m done with it, I NEED to have another Kit Brightling book in my hands right now!
