Happy Tuesday y’all! This has been such a long week already and I’m so ready to sleep and the weekend- unfortunately, it’s still a few days off haha but we can make it! Happy release day to The Keeper of Night! I was able to read an eARC of this one (thank you so much to Inkyard Press and Netgalley for letting me do that) and man y’all, this was such a cool book!
Happy Wednesday y’all! It’s super cloudy here today and I was supposed to go apple picking tomorrow, but it’s supposed to storm in the mountains where the orchard I always go to is, so it’s looking like I’m going to have to skip the apple picking and grab them from a farm stand or the grocery store.
So many books came out yesterday, so I have a review for another one of them ready to go for y’all today. I really enjoyed the other books I read by Mara Rutherford, so I was very excited to give Luminous a go! Thank you so much to Inkyard Press and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of this book.
You know how sometimes you read a book that’s just so incredibly amazing and then you kind of don’t know what to do with yourself afterwards? I felt that way when I read Where Dreams Descend last year and it happened again when I finished When Night Breaks. Thank you so much to Wednesday books and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of this book! Make sure y’all go out and grab this one tomorrow (and if you haven’t read Where Dreams Descend yet, make sure you grab that one first since it’s the first book in the duology and you’ll 100% be lost without it).
Happy Sunday y’all! I hope everyone’s been having a good weekend so far. Mine has been great because I spent a good amount of time yesterday reading an incredible book- which y’all are about to hear all about because today’s my stop on the Vespertine tour by Turn the Page tours! Thank you so much to Turn the Page tours for having me as a part of this tour and thank you so much to Margaret K. McElderry Books for sponsoring this tour and sending me an eARC and a beautiful finished copy early! Also, along with this great blog tour, up for grabs is two (2) copies of VESPERTINE by Margaret Rogerson, one a physical finished copy and one a digital copy. Open USA only. This giveaway is open through October 9th, so make sure you enter it ASAP!
Two posts in one day?! What is the world coming to! I was actually trying to have this post written and published yesterday, but unfortunately, my brother and sister in law were over for most of the day, so I had no time at all to finish writing it.
Thank you so much to Fierce Reads/Macmillan Children’s and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC or Lakesedge! I hadn’t actually read anything really about this book before I read it, but I was obsessed with the cover, so I was the most excited to read it, and I think y’all will be too! Lakesedge comes out on September 28th, so make sure y’all go out and grab it!
Happy Tuesday y’all! And happy release day to The Bones of Ruin by Sarah Raughley! I loved Sarah Raughley’s Effigies series, so I was the most excited when I was given access to the eARC via Netgalley (thanks Simon Pulse).
Happy Sunday y’all! To all of my friends in the US, woohoo! It’s a long weekend! I’m definitely glad that I get an extra day off tomorrow because I have SO MANY books I need to read haha Speaking of books, today’s my stop on the Dark and Shallow Lies tour by TBR and Beyond Tours (sponsored by Razorbill, so thank you to both TBR and Beyond and Razorbill!) and y’all, I cannot wait to share this book with you!!! Dark and Shallow Lies comes out on September 7, so y’all definitely need to go out and pre-order or put in a request in your library or something ASAP (after reading my review)!
Happy Thursday y’all! This is going to be a busy couple of weeks for me blog tour wise and review wise, so definitely be on the lookout for all the posts from me! It’ll definitely be a fun time all around haha
Today’s my stop on the Hawk tour with Terminal Tours (made possible by Jimmy Patterson Presents/Little Brown for Young Readers)- the hardcover version of this book came out back in 2020, but the paperback came out on August 31st!
Happy Wednesday y’all! Man, this week is running by so much faster than I expected- which means it’s almost Labor Day! Woop woop long weekend!!! That also means that I need to get through the like 6-8 books that I’m running behind on, but we’ll focus on those later- today, we’re going to focus on The Witch Haven, because today’s my stop on the tour with Turn the Page Tours! Thank you so much to them for having me as a part of their tour and thank you so much to Simon Teen for sponsoring this tour! This book came out yesterday, August 31, so make sure y’all go out and grab it after you’ve read my review, but first! If you’re in the US, Turn the Page Tours has a special giveaway where you can win one of two finished, hardback copies of The Witch Haven, so make sure you go enter that now! That giveaway is open until September 6th.
Happy Tuesday y’all! I cannot believe that we’re almost in September! This summer just flew by- did I do much besides all the different avenues of work I’m doing these days? Not really, which honestly is probably why it flew by so fast. (Haha speaking of work, I’m taking a break from my main job to write this review for my unpaid side hustle and I got distracted by work for another side job while writing this- ahhhh marketing, it never turns off)
Thank you so much to Tor Teen and and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of The Endless Skies! This book came out on August 17th, so y’all can definitely go grab it after reading my review!
